1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Engravify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Engravify provides AI-powered vectorization tools designed to convert raster images into vector formats suitable for laser engraving and CNC machines. The Service is provided on a "pay-as-you-go" credit basis.

3. Accounts & Security

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Credits: Our Service operates on a credit system ("Gems"). Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you successfully process an image.

Refunds: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If a technical error causes a credit to be deducted without delivering a result, we will refund that specific credit to your account balance upon verification.

5. User Content & Copyright

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant Engravify a temporary license to process, modify, and store the image solely for the purpose of providing the vectorization service to you.

Important: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and vectorize the images you upload. You agree not to upload content that violates third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Engravify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
